Meet Gillian Moritz
Gillian knows how to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary, and she’s been showcasing her creative talents for over 15 years building and running multiple creative businesses of her own.
Gillian noticed a gap in the home staging market that offered all-inclusive services for realtors and home sellers to sell their properties with more ease and profitability. She wanted to build a company that would allow realtors and home sellers to sell their homes without the overwhelm of having to handle multiple service providers that are needed throughout the process. So she built Stratford Stagers, an award winning home staging company that offers everything needed for the home selling process under one roof.
In 2022 Gillian acquired longtime local home staging company Home Preppers and merged two thriving companies to create one powerhouse business, Stratford & Co., The Home Prepping Pros. As an Accredited and Certified Stager, along with being Creative Director and CEO of Stratford & Co., Gillian knows what a property needs to appeal to the right buyer through the use of staging methods that make spaces appear brighter, larger, and more desirable.
