HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO STAGE MY HOME?

Every home varies based on size and services needed. Although the average process can take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks. We make our process simple and easy. First comes our initial consultation where we will provide a written proposal with an estimated timeframe. I ALWAYS GET COMPLIMENTS ON MY HOME DECOR. WHY DO I NEED TO STAGE?

Decorating a home for your personal enjoyment is different than staging a home to sell. When we stage a home, we create an environment that appeals to the target buying audience and greatest number of potential buyers. We strive to evoke emotion in them where they can picture themselves living within the space. The end goal is to sell your home as quickly, and for the highest price possible. Think of it as your strongest way of marketing your home.
