3 Easy Steps.

Ready, Stage, Sell!  



Consult & Contract

We start with a consultation and work with you to assess the contents and overall condition of your home.

From our evaluation, we create a plan designed to: 

  • play up your home’s unique features

  • de-clutter to improve flow and functionality 

  • update where necessary 

  • and create a desirable environment that will appeal to your target buyers

We then present you with an overview of recommendations.


Once we agree on a plan and finalize our contract, we move onto Step 2!



Prep & Stage

We begin to simplify and minimize so we clear the way before our staging process begins.


We start by prepping your home which can include: 

  • help you declutter by assisting you with tossing, selling or donating any unwanted items

  • we help find your items a new home and dispose of the rest

  • handle all the home improvement projects agreed upon to get your home updated and cleaned up 

  • we then stage your home to a picture perfect setting for your targeted buyers 

Once all our work is done's time to sell! 



Sell & De-Stage

Congratulations! ...your home sold!


You've accepted an offer and made it through the negotiation and inspection process. This is when we will schedule a time for our movers to clear your home of our inventory and return it back to our warehouse. 

That's it! It's that easy for you. With the dedicated team of Stratford & Co. on your side, we accomplish in weeks what would take you years.
